FSX800C adds a cutaway body and Yamaha's System 66 electronics for a
robust plugged-in sound. The solid Sitka spruce top paired with nato
back and sides produces a clear, balanced tone with rich overtones.

System 66 Pickup Provides Studio-Quality Sound
The FSX800C features Yamaha's proprietary under-saddle piezo pickup
and 3-band EQ preamp. Musicians can shape their tone with control over
bass, middle and treble frequencies in addition to a mid-range frequency
selector. Powered by AA batteries, the preamp provides a stable power
supply for consistent sound quality gig after gig. The tuner ensures
accurate intonation for optimal playability and tone.

offering increased comfort and playability for musicians of all sizes.
