Where is the product shipped from?
We maintain warehouses across all our sales regions. Orders are dispatched from the facility closest to the buyer's delivery address for efficiency.
How is shipping calculated?

Return Exchange Policy
How long do I have to make a return?
- You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
- When processing a return request, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item to a designated courier station near your location.
- Should a door-to-door pickup service be requested from the courier company, any additional fees incurred will be borne by the buyer.
Returns are not supported in the following situations:
- Items with signs of use, wear, damage, dings, scrapes, or lacking of (if applicable) manuals, warranties, accessories, etc.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
